chiddy bang’s producer, xaphoon jones, is incredible at sampling music (and even picking the music to sample). anyone who has listened to their mixtape the swelly express or his solo tape knows what im talkin about. chiddy bang just released a mini-mixtape that they created on a flight to london called air swell. all the tracks feature UK artist beats, including kate nash, tinie tempah, and gorillaz. the best track on the tape is under the sheets, where chidera raps over ellie goulding’s song. check it out:
